Warranty Agreement of Marko Door Products

At Marko Door Products, we take pride in the quality of our work and the durability of the products we install. Whether you choose our professional garage door installation or reliable garage door replacement services, your satisfaction and long-term protection are our priority. To ensure your peace of mind, we offer a clear and dependable warranty policy for all garage door projects. Below you’ll find the terms and conditions of our standard warranty coverage.

  1. General Warranty Terms

Marko Door Products provides a one (1) year warranty from the date of installation on all installed garage doors and completed work. The warranty applies to all components, excluding consumable materials listed in Appendix No. 1 to this warranty agreement.

  1. Installation and Parts Warranty
  • Duration: The warranty is valid for one (1) year from the date of installation.
  • Coverage: The warranty applies to any material defects provided by Marko Door Products and includes replacement of defective parts due to the company’s fault, provided that the equipment has been used appropriately. Labor costs for defect repair are the responsibility of the client.
  • Exclusions: The warranty does not cover consumable materials whose wear and tear is natural and inevitable. A complete list of such materials is provided in Appendix No. 1.
  1. Warranty on Doors

The warranty on the doors themselves depends on the specific manufacturer and model selected by the client. This agreement does not apply to the door warranty; warranties and terms relating to the doors are solely governed by the warranty policy of the respective manufacturer. A copy of the manufacturer’s warranty terms will be provided to the client upon installation.

Given Florida’s environmental conditions—high humidity, intense sunlight, and hurricane risks—regular maintenance of garage doors is recommended in accordance with the manufacturer’s guidelines. Special coatings and corrosion-resistant materials may be provided by the manufacturer; however, Marko Door Products assumes no responsibility for any potential changes in appearance or functionality of doors due to environmental factors.

  1. Warranty Limitations

The warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused by improper use, misuse, physical impact, weather conditions, natural disasters, or third-party interference.
  • Maintenance or repair services performed by third parties not authorized by Marko Door Products without prior written consent.
  • Adjustment of spring tension and other components that require periodic tuning during use.
  • Failures resulting from natural wear and tear of parts such as cables, rollers, and other consumable materials listed in Appendix No. 1.
  1. Warranty Claim Process
  • To make a warranty claim, the client must contact Marko Door Products using the contact details specified in the agreement or complete an application on the company’s website.
  • When submitting a claim, the original installation agreement, payment receipts, or other proof of installation must be provided.
  • The company reserves the right to conduct diagnostics to confirm that the issue falls under warranty obligations.
  1. Appendix No. 1: List of Consumable Materials

Consumable materials not covered by the warranty include, but are not limited to:

  • Cables.
  • Rollers.
  • Belts, chains, and other drive components.
  • Lubricants.
  • Seals and gaskets.
  1. Final Provisions

This warranty agreement takes effect on the installation completion date and is valid only for the original purchaser. The terms and conditions of this warranty do not apply to decorative elements or any enhancements made upon individual request after the initial installation.
